Offensive MVP in Week 11

Stefon Diggs, WR

When the offense couldn’t move the football at all, Kirk Cousins turned to Diggs to open things up for the rest of the team. Quiet for the first half, the receiver exploded in the second half, seemingly being uncoverable during the second half of the contest.

His inability to be covered was shown by Kirk Cousins throwing the football toward him 18 (EIGHTEEN!) times. 13 of those were caught for 126 yards and one of the team’s touchdowns on the night.

Yes, some of the yardage game when the Bears were up two scores and playing a softer defense that allowed Minnesota to pick up some extra yardage, but you can’t blame the player for taking advantage of that.

Diggs was the only 100-yard receiver on the day from either team and with so many teams now looking to stop Adam Thielen due to the press from his 8-game streak, he may need to shoulder the load more often.
