The sure things

When you talk about the best of the best in the NFL, there are some of those individuals on the Minnesota Vikings roster. These guys are the ones who should definitely be included among those in Orlando and it would be disappointing if they weren’t.

Adam Thielen, WR

If Adam Thielen isn’t named to the Pro Bowl this year, it will be an absolute travesty. The Vikings receiver is averaging over 100 yards per game and has already nabbed more touchdowns this season through ten games than he had in any other season during his career.

He currently ranks third in the NFC when it comes to receiving yards and is tied for fourth in receiving touchdowns in the conference. He should be a lock to be in Orlando.

Harrison Smith, S

The sun rises and sets and Harrison Smith makes the Pro Bowl. At least that is how it should be, anyway since the dynamic safety can do anything asked of him and perform those duties at a very high level.

Smith has started all ten games for the Vikings this season, intercepting three passes, netting three sacks, and recovering two fumbles. Add in his 55 combined tackles, and you’ve got just about as solid of a performance as they come from someone at his position.

Danielle Hunter, DE

When it comes to sacks, they don’t get much better than Danielle Hunter. He ranks first among all defensive ends when it comes to bringing down the quarterback and second in the league at any position to only Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald.

With playing all 10 games this season, Hunter has accumulated 11.5 sacks 16 tackles for a loss, and one fumble recovery for a touchdown to go along with 48 combined tackles. The scary part is that he is only 24 and should continue to hone his craft with experience.
