Defensive MVP
Sheldon Richardson, DT
This was a massive game for the big man, who seemed unblockable up front for a majority of the game. Sheldon Richardson made the day extremely tough in the running game, clogging up the middle with fellow defensive tackle Linval Joseph to only allow 77 rushing yards on the day.
When Green Bay did run the ball his direction, they didn’t get too far. Richardson had a great nose for the ball during this game, leading the team in tackles with seven with three of those being solo efforts.
However, he will be best remembered during this game for the two sacks he put on quarterback Aaron Rodgers. In fact, Richardson counted for half of the team’s total sack output during Week 12 on his own, which is very impressive.
