Cook fries the Patriots’ defense

One of the hot Vikings-related topics of this past summer was the play of running back Dalvin Cook and how impressive he looked just months after tearing his ACL.

After Minnesota’s first two games of the season, it seemed like Cook was on his way to having an exciting year. But unfortunately, the injury bug struck the running back again in Week 2 and he has only appeared in six games this season.

Last week though, in his second game back after missing some time with a hamstring injury, Cook showed signs of the running back people were raving about this summer. During the Vikings’ win over the Packers, Cook finished with 76 total yards and a touchdown on 13 touches.

Another week without an injury setback should only mean good things for the running back moving forward. Expect Cook to continue his progression back to being fully healthy on Sunday and get himself at least one touchdown and 150 total yards against the Patriots.
