Who is to blame for the Vikings’ loss to the Seahawks?
By Adam Patrick
Which member of the Minnesota Vikings deserves the most blame for their disappointing loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Monday night?
Prior to their bye in Week 10, the Minnesota Vikings were sitting with a 5-3-1 record and still feeling pretty good about their chances for success in 2018.
But in their four games since, everything has seemed to trend downward for the Vikings. Since their bye four weeks ago, Minnesota has just one win and their playoff chances seem to be drifting further and further away as each game passes by.
The Vikings most recent loss came on Monday night to the Seattle Seahawks. Due to their recent performances and the environment they were heading into, Minnesota’s chances of coming away with a road victory over the Seahawks were not what one would refer to as, “extremely high.”
However, the Vikings still had a shot to leave Seattle with a win on Monday for the majority of the game. Minnesota just couldn’t come up with enough impactful plays and it ultimately led to the team’s sixth loss of 2018.
So in an effort to find some sort of explanation behind the Vikings’ performance on Monday, who deserves the most blame for their loss to the Seahawks this week?
