Sometimes to get a talented team back on track, they just need a spark. Minnesota head coach Mike Zimmer is hoping that him changing offensive coordinators in the middle of a playoff push will get his team heading back in the right direction.

While the Dolphins are not one of the best teams in the NFL this season, they will still provide the Vikings with a tough matchup on Sunday.

This week’s game against Miami will be a good opportunity for Minnesota to let the rest of the league know that they are still a team that is capable of being a contender this year.

A blowout by the Vikings is not something that should be expected though.

Instead, Minnesota earning a victory over the Dolphins in convincing fashion is something that is more likely to go down on Sunday. A win that is pretty much never in doubt from the first whistle.

Expect the Vikings to leave their home field this week by defeating Miami by at least 10 points. A margin Minnesota has only won by three times this year.

Then after the game, maybe Zimmer will even crack a smile. That’s a big maybe though so don’t bet on it.
