Check out the good, bad, and interesting things from the Minnesota Vikings game against the Detroit Lions in Week 16 of the 2018 NFL season.

Entering Week 16 of the 2018 NFL season, the Minnesota Vikings controlled their own destiny when it came to getting a playoff spot. With the Bears winning the NFC North, the purple and gold could get a Wild Card berth with two wins in the final two weeks.

However, the Lions are looking to play spoiler to the Vikings. After being rocked by a ten-sack game in Week 9 in which they failed to score a touchdown, Detroit would have loved to be the reason Minnesota misses the postseason this year.

The Vikings were able to get a big win on the road against their division opponent. The final score of that contest was 27-9 and puts the team in position to prove themselves next week against the Chicago Bears.

But before looking ahead to Week 17, let’s take a look at the positives, negatives, and interesting things from the game against the Lions starting with the good stuff!
