5 players who should be on the Vikings’ free agency wish list for 2019

Nothing has been more of an obvious problem for the Vikings in the recent past than their kicking situation. Finding someone who is dependable and able to come up big in the clutch should be a priority for Minnesota this offseason.
Gostkowski’s could end up being that guy for the Vikings as his current contract with the New England Patriots is up at the end of the 2018 season.

This year, the veteran kicker made 27 of his 32 field goal attempts and all but one of his extra point tries. Gostkowski has also converted over 90 percent of his field goal tries when attempted inside a domed stadium, a place where he would play at least nine times per season with Minnesota.
Considering the veteran kicker has been a member of the Patriots since 2006, it’s hard to imagine him signing with any other team for next season. But if he doesn’t return to New England, the Vikings would gladly welcome him with open arms.
