5 players who should be on the Vikings’ free agency wish list for 2019

Rodger Saffold – OG
Of all the priorities the Vikings have to take care of this offseason, improving the talent on their offensive line is something that should be at the very top of the list.
The interior of their line is what Minnesota should focus on improving the most. As far as free agency goes, Saffold is one of the top interior blockers that is expected to be available this year.
At 6-foot-5, 323 pounds, the veteran lineman has developed into a solid guard since entering the NFL in 2010. For the past two seasons, Saffold has been rated among the 10 best at his position by Pro Football Focus.
He has been the starting left guard for the Los Angeles Rams in each of the last two years, so that is likely where he will want to play with whatever team he ends up on for 2019. With Nick Easton and Tom Compton also scheduled to be free-agents this year, Saffold would be a nice replacement for either on the left side of the Vikings’ offensive line for next season.
