Anthony Barr is a free-agent this year and he will be looking for a big payday. While the Minnesota Vikings would like to have him back, chances of that happening aren’t great.

Anthony Barr has been a great member of the Minnesota Vikings since the team took him with the ninth overall pick back in the 2014 draft.

Barr’s career stats are impressive with 338 tackles, 13.5 sacks, and one interception, and he’s also made four straight Pro Bowls. He has been a big part of the Vikings’ impressive defense the last handful of seasons, with his ability to rush the passer and drop into coverage.

Unfortunately, Barr’s time with Minnesota looks to be up this year. The Vikings are strapped for cash this offseason and they likely won’t be able to offer the talented linebacker a contract worthy of the payday he’s earned over the last five seasons.

There are, however, plenty of teams around the NFL that have money to spend this offseason and would love to add a pass rushing linebacker with the talent, and experience Barr possesses.

So if not Minnesota, where are some of the most likely landing spots for the young linebacker in 2019?
