4. Jordan Berry

Like several of the other punters on this list, Jordan Berry won’t be found among the league leaders in punting but is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent after only four seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

He played in all 16 games for the Steelers since being signed as an undrafted free agent in 2015 and beating out Brad Wing for the job. He signed a one-year extension and is now set to hit the open market unless Pittsburgh can bring him back.

In 2018, Berry was 30th in average yards per punt with 43.7 and 26th in average net yards per punt at 38.8. However, he was tenth in punts landing inside the 20 and tied for 14th when it comes to fewest touchbacks.

He will be 28 years old when the 2019 season kicks off, making an investment in Berry something that could pay off for Minnesota. And with the Vikings looking to solidify their special teams unit, finding something long-term should be the top priority.
