When Jermaine Wiggins joined the Vikings in 2004, it was his fifth team in five years. An undrafted free-agent from the University of Georgia, Wiggins joined Minnesota with a total of 50 receptions in 61 games. In 2004 he led the Vikings with 71 receptions.

9. Andrew Jordan (1995-2001)

Andrew Jordan joined the Vikings as a sixth-round draft pick from West Carolina. His rookie season was the best of his career. He started 12 games that season and caught 35 passes.

In 1997 he split the season between the Vikings and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After a year in Philadelphia he would re-sign with Minnesota in 1999 and finish out his career in purple. His seven seasons with the Vikings is what really helped him land on this list.

Gordie Smith joined the Vikings as a rookie in 1961 from the University of Missouri. Despite the draft consisting of 20 rounds back then, he actually was not drafted by the Vikings.

While Smith averaged only 1.1 receptions per game over five seasons, he did end up averaging 22.4 yards per catch.
