Ranking the Vikings’ 2019 draft needs after the first wave of free agency

The Minnesota Vikings made some moves in free agency this offseason and those moves have changed their priorities heading into the 2019 NFL Draft.
The Minnesota Vikings haven’t been the most active team in free agency so far this year, but they have made some moves.
They re-signed linebacker Anthony Barr and somehow made his cap hit for 2019 not too bad. The Vikings also went out and brought back their former 2014 seventh-round draft pick in Shamar Stephen. He will likely get the starting job at defensive tackle next to Linval Joseph in 2019.
Those two moves filled major holes on Minnesota’s roster and they make those positions less of a need heading into the 2019 NFL Draft.
The Vikings have also lost some players in free agency this offseason. Defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson signed with the Cleveland Browns and running back Latavius Murray joined the New Orleans Saints.
Minnesota also cut Mike Remmers, which thinned an offensive line that wasn’t very deep to begin with.
These moves have shuffled the Vikings’ current needs and the positions they choose early in this year’s draft could be quite different than what many thought just a week ago.
So after the first portion of this offseason’s free agency period, what are Minnesota’s top five needs now going into the 2019 draft?
