5 wide receivers the Vikings could select in the 2019 NFL Draft

The Vikings have already shown interest in the South Carolina playmaker during their time at the Senior Bowl earlier this year. So while Minnesota will probably be looking for a receiver more in the middle rounds of the 2019 draft, this would come down to there being too much value on the board for them to pass on.
If Samuel happens to be on the board when the Vikings are on the clock in round two, there could be a real shot at them pulling the trigger on him.
He has slot receiver written all over him when it comes to the NFL. Imagine adding him to a mixture of Diggs and Thielen.
He is an extremely tough receiver with above average hands. When he gets the ball in his mitts, he can really make opposing defenses pay.
Not only could Samuel contribute as the No. 3 receiver Minnesota has been looking for, but he can also be a weapon on special teams. In 42 career kick returns at South Carolina, he took a total of four to the house and he finished with a career average of 29 yards per kickoff return.
At this point, it would be a mild surprise for Samuel to still be on the board when the Vikings are up in round two. But it is certainly a possibility.
