Though it isn’t their most pressing need, the Minnesota Vikings could definitely add a defensive end at some point during the 2019 NFL Draft.

The Minnesota Vikings have some pretty big holes to fill in the 2019 Draft. They need to add some beef and talent to their offensive line, they need a backup running back, a third wide receiver and they could also use a talented young safety.

One position that isn’t on the top of their needs list is defensive end. The Vikings are pretty well set with Danielle Hunter on one side and Everson Griffen on the other. Their depth is decent too with the emerging Stephen Weatherly and upside guys like Tashawn Bower and Ifeadi Odenigbo.

One thing to keep in mind though is that Minnesota head coach Mike Zimmer is all about the defensive side of the ball. So if a defensive end is on the board who has a ton of talent and provides good value, the team won’t hesitate to draft him.

When looking into the defensive ends that are available in this year’s draft class, which five have a good chance to land with the Vikings for the 2019 season?
