8. Nate Burleson, WR – 2003

Nate Burleson might be better known for his time with teams like the Seattle Seahawks or the Detroit Lions, but he had his best statistical season during his second season with the Minnesota Vikings when he broke 1,000 yards receiving.

While he only spent three of his 11 NFL seasons in Minnesota, Burleson was never able to recreate the success he had in 2004 with the Vikings when he set career highs in receiving yards and touchdowns.

In his three years with the Vikings, Burleson finished with 1,789 receiving yards on 127 catches and 12 touchdowns. However, his achievements on the field might not be what today’s fans know him best for.

Today, you can see him on the NFL Network show Good Morning Football, where he joins Kay Adams, Kyle Brandt, and Peter Schrager as co-hosts discussing the hottest topics in professional football.
