Even if the Vikings were to need to play catchup, the Vikings divisional schedule is something that should favor them down the stretch. As mentioned before, the Vikings will stay out of the cold of Green Bay and Chicago, but will also get both of them at home in Weeks 16 and 17.
Should the Lions become a factor in the NFC North race, the Vikings will also have them coming into U.S. Bank Stadium in Week 14, meaning they’ll likely control their own destiny if they are in the race.
