Everyone has their guys that they want the Minnesota Vikings to draft. But who are some of the realistic prospects that they could actually land this year?

Draft day has finally arrived for the Minnesota Vikings and it’s shaping up to be an exciting one. As of Thursday morning, the Vikings will get their first opportunity to make a selection when their name goes on the clock at pick No. 18 in the first round.

Due to their centralized draft position, Minnesota figures to have an assortment of talented players to choose from this year. Judging by which prospects the Vikings have met with this offseason, however, there seems to be one positional need in particular that the team has their heart set on filling.

Minnesota has met with 18 different offensive line prospects this year, tied for the most of any team in the NFL. If this isn’t an indicator of where the Vikings’ focus is heading into the 2019 draft, then what is?

Outside of improving their offensive line, Minnesota has a number of other needs this year as well. The Vikings will likely be looking to add another corner, an interior defensive lineman, a tight end, a wide receiver, and a safety at some point in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Mock drafts are a fun activity during this time of year, but a good amount of them feature players that normally don’t end up where people have them going.

So instead of making a wish list of players we hope will land on the Vikings’ roster during this year’s draft, who are the prospects that actually have a legitimate chance at ending up with Minnesota during the first three rounds?
