Heading into the last day of the 2019 NFL Draft, who are some of the prospects to keep an eye on as possibilities to land with the Minnesota Vikings?

On Friday, the Minnesota Vikings began the evening with just five selections for the final day of the 2019 NFL Draft. But once the second and third rounds were completed, the Vikings set themselves up to now have a total of nine picks on Saturday.

The Vikings can choose to use all of these selections on new players of course. But one would imagine that Minnesota general manager Rick Spielman will likely use some of his new draft capital to move up and grab a guy he has his eye on.

For the final day of this year’s NFL Draft, there are still plenty of talented prospects available for the Vikings to choose from. Minnesota has only added players from the offensive side of the ball during this draft, so one would assume that the team will select a bunch of defensive prospects on Saturday (to keep Mike Zimmer from losing his mind at least).

So of the players still up on the board after the first two days of the 2019 NFL Draft, which five should the Vikings have the most interest in?
