Vikings legend Cris Carter is on the Cleveland Browns bandwagon

While FOX Sports’ First Things First, Minnesota Vikings legend Cris Carter revealed that he sees the Cleveland Browns as being a Super Bowl caliber team.

There is no denying that Cris Carter loves the Minnesota Vikings. He can often be seen talking about moves the team makes that he thinks could take them to the next level or remembering the great moments from his days wearing purple and gold.

However, Carter is also a fan of the NFL in general and can often be seen on television as an analyst or guest on numerous television and radio shows, including being a regular on the FOX Sports series First Things First.

Recently on the show. Carter revealed that he has a team he really likes in the AFC who will be very dangerous this year…and it is a team that had a losing record during the 2018 season.

In the video, Carter is asked what he thinks the ceiling is for Cleveland during the 2019 season…and the Hall of Fame wide receiver had nothing but praise for the team that used to be a laughing stock of an organization.

Carter sees the Browns as so much more than just a few really good pieces in the puzzle. While he loves Odell Beckham Jr. and Baker Mayfield, he sees a solid offensive line that can help the team run the football and protect the quarterback along with other great weapons on offense.

While he is still a huge supporter of the Minnesota Vikings, it’s easy to see why Cris Carter really likes what the Cleveland Browns have been doing recently. And who knows, maybe the Dawg Pound and Mike Zimmer’s crew could be facing off in a Super Bowl for the first time ever this season.
