Dillon Mitchell – WR

While Beebe has been a more known commodity thanks to his performance last year, the traits that seventh-round pick Dillon Mitchell possess make him an interesting sleeper in this year’s camp.

Last season for Oregon, Mitchell had plenty of production while racking up 75 catches for 1,184 yards and 10 touchdowns. While there are a couple of things that could have inflated his production like playing in the fast-paced Ducks offense with first-round prospect Justin Herbert chucking him the ball, his athleticism is something that caught the eye of the Vikings.

Armed with a 4.46 40-yard dash time which was in the 71st percentile of this year’s wide receivers via MockDraftable, Mitchell could be the downfield threat that Aldrick Robinson turned into for the Vikings last year.

Even if he doesn’t turn into the second coming of Diggs, who used a strong 2015 training camp to springboard himself on the Vikings roster, if he becomes the second coming of Jarius Wright, the Vikings will be fine. Once again, there isn’t much standing in his way at the receiver position and if he can make some plays, he could be a surprise addition to the team.
