Brian Robison releases the first episode of his new YouTube series

The former Minnesota Vikings defensive end is now enjoying life after football and he’s decided to create a video series on YouTube featuring his new adventures.
During his time with the Minnesota Vikings, Brian Robison was one of the most reliable members of the team’s defense. Robison would pretty much do anything his coaches asked of him even if it meant that his stats wouldn’t be impressive.
Well, the former Vikings defensive end officially retired from the league a few weeks ago and he’s already moved on to his next career.
On Wednesday, Robison released the first episode of his new YouTube series, “The Transition Season”. In episode one, viewers get to see some behind the scenes footage from his time at Minnesota’s facilities when he had his retirement press conference and also included is some time he and current Vikings defensive end Everson Griffen spent together fishing.
The first episode of Robison’s new series can be viewed below.
Based on the inaugural episode, it seems like it will be a pretty entertaining show. Even if people don’t like fishing, it’s cool to get an insight into how current and former NFL players act during their downtime.
One would imagine that Robison will likely have a number of current and former members of Minnesota’s roster on future episodes. Maybe even a grumpy head coach.
Robison hasn’t played in a meaningful NFL game for the Vikings since the 2017 NFC Championship. In 2018, he was among the players who did not end up making Minnesota’s final 53-man roster.
After getting selected in the fourth round of the 2007 NFL Draft, Robison spent a total of 11 seasons with the Vikings. He finished his career in Minnesota with a total of 60 sacks.
