Predictions for every Vikings training camp battle in 2019

Participants: Brandon Zylstra, Chad Beebe, Davion Davis (R), Dillon Mitchell (R), Jeff Badet, Jordan Taylor, Laquon Treadwell, Olabisi Johnson (R)
This is easily the top battle that will take place during Vikings training camp this year. Thanks to Laquon Treadwell not being able to produce in the role during each of the last two seasons, the job is essentially up for grabs.
Depending on who is able to remain the healthiest during training camp and the preseason, this battle will likely come down to Brandon Zylstra, Chad Beebe, and Jordan Taylor.
Guys like Davion Davis, Dillon Mitchell, Jeff Badet, and Olabisi Johnson will likely be competing to be Minnesota’s fifth or sixth receiver for 2019.
As for Treadwell, a lot of luck will likely be needed in order for him to begin the regular season as the Vikings No. 3 receiver once again. And if he doesn’t win the role, then Minnesota may just decide to cut him loose and let him find a job elsewhere.
