What will it take for the Minnesota Vikings to capture their first-ever Super Bowl victory at the end of the 2019 NFL season?

Why can’t this be the year? Why can’t the 2019 season finally be when the Minnesota Vikings are able to put it all together and win the franchise’s first-ever Super Bowl?

Did anyone see it coming when the Philadelphia Eagles went all the way in 2017? Or what about when the Baltimore Ravens put together an unthinkable playoff run in 2012 that ultimately resulted in a Super Bowl victory.

There isn’t really a solid formula for success in the NFL. A combination of talent, luck, coaching, and a lack of injuries is normally what results in a team being able to achieve most of their goals each season (outside of the New England Patriots).

The Vikings were close to making it to the promised land not too long ago. A bunch of players from Minnesota’s impressive 2017 team are still on the current roster and they’ve already proven they know what it takes to get within a game of the Super Bowl.

Last year, the Vikings’ lack of success was due to a variety of different factors. During the most recent offseason, Minnesota did what they could to try and fix some of their biggest weaknesses and perhaps it will lead to them achieving their ultimate goal in 2019.

The Vikings are very capable of winning the Super Bowl this year. Let’s go ahead and explore some of the reasons why Minnesota could end the 2019 season by capturing their first-ever Vince Lombardi trophy.
