Top 5 Minnesota Vikings fantasy football players for 2019
By Zack Patraw
When it comes to drafting players for your 2019 fantasy football team, which members of the Minnesota Vikings would be good selections?
Not only are we inching closer to the start of the 2019 season for the Minnesota Vikings, but we are getting very close to the start of the fantasy football season as well. In the coming weeks, fantasy football drafts will be taking place every day, with a lot of your favorite Vikings being selected very highly to fantasy football rosters.
Last year, the Vikings had three players in the top-10 and four in the top-15 of fantasy football scoring at their position. Taking a look around the NFL, very few teams had this type of overall fantasy football success from their entire team.
With new additions to the team, we could be in store for even more production from the Vikings in 2019. New Minnesota offensive advisor Gary Kubiak should be able to open up the running game with his zone scheme, as well as free up space for receivers in the passing game.
Speaking of the run game, Vikings rookie center rookie Garrett Bradbury should prove to be an immediate upgrade on the interior of an offensive line that was near the bottom of the league in production last season.
Minnesota’s line failed to protect Kirk Cousins and they failed to open up running lanes for Dalvin Cook and Latavius Murray. This year has the potential to be the polar opposite of what we saw last year.
Let’s take a look at five of the top Vikings players that we can expect to have a major impact on your fantasy football teams and could carry you to a fantasy football championship.
