Offensive line heading in the right direction

One of the biggest question marks heading into training camp for the Vikings was definitely about how their offensive line would look with all the changes that were made to the unit this offseason.

So far, it seems like Minnesota’s current group of blockers are at least on the right path to having a much better year than they did in 2018.

Rookie center Garrett Bradbury has had some promising moments during his time out on the field over the last week. Bradbury’s inexperience has also crept out a few times, but it looks like the Vikings made the right choice with this year’s first-round draft pick.

Right tackle Brian O’Neill has also shown improvements from his rookie campaign last season. Minnesota head coach Mike Zimmer recently mentioned that O’Neill has added a few extra pounds this year and it has helped with his physicality out on the field.

No one is asking the Vikings’ offensive line to perform like an All-Pro unit in 2019. People would just like to see the group play better than they did last season and it seems like they have a good chance to at least accomplish this task.
