What did we learn about the Minnesota Vikings from their sixth full-team training camp practice out on the field at the TCO Performance Center on Thursday?

Not trying to jinx anything, but the Minnesota Vikings have yet to see any of their players go down with a serious injury during this year’s training camp. Now that this has been put out there, expect a Vikings player to probably be lost for the season on Friday.

But seriously, Minnesota has had the luxury of having the majority of their top players out on the field during camp this year. This isn’t something that can be said for many teams around the NFL.

The 2018 season was definitely one that was impacted by injuries for the Vikings. Last year, only 19 of Minnesota’s players appeared in all 16 of their games, down from 25 in 2017.

The Vikings have shown in the past that they can still be successful if some of their starters go down with major injuries. But like most teams around the league, it has been hard for Minnesota to achieve their goals when the injuries start to pile up.

With the majority of their roster still intact, the Vikings hit the field at the TCO Performance Center on Thursday for their sixth full-team practice of this year’s training camp. What were some of the biggest takeaways from Thursday’s session?
