Offensive line (9)

Hopes are that the offensive line can do a better job this season than they did during 2018. Last year they struggled to create running room and protect quarterback Kirk Cousins, but some new faces in new places could help out the unit.

Here are the offensive linemen projected to be on the team’s 53-man roster:

  1. Riley Reiff
  2. Pat Elflein
  3. Garrett Bradbury
  4. Josh Kline
  5. Brian O’Neill
  6. Rashod Hill
  7. Storm Norton
  8. Dru Samia
  9. Danny Isidora

PUP – Exempt

Four of the starting five seem to be locked in place. Reiff, Elflein, Bradbury, and O’Neill should be inked into the starting lineup with only the right tackle spot being an open competition for anyone to win during camp and preseason.

The major fight will be between free-agent acquisition Kline and rookie Samia, with Kline being the favorite to win the job. However, don’t count out Isadora, who played in 13 games last year and has three starts in his career. He could be a dark horse for the job.

Hill will be the primary swing tackle, but the injury to Collins has fans wondering if he will be healthy enough to make the team. I think he will open the season on the PUP list, opening a spot for Norton on the roster.
