Which players on the current roster bubble helped and their cases to make the 2019 Minnesota Vikings during the team’s first preseason game?

Last Friday’s win over the New Orleans Saints marked the first time the Minnesota Vikings ended a matchup on the right side of the scoreboard since their Week 16 defeat of the Detroit Lions last year.

Granted, this most recent Vikings victory did come during a preseason game. But even an exhibition win can do a lot for a team’s confidence as they prepare for the upcoming regular season.

For some of Minnesota’s current players, they saw a boost in their confidence after what they were able to do out on the field against the Saints. It was their first opportunity to show the Vikings’ coaching staff what they can do in a game situation and prove why they deserve a spot on the team’s final roster.

So following Minnesota’s win over New Orleans in their preseason opener last week, which Vikings players improved their chances of being among the team’s final 53-man roster for 2019?
