The Minnesota Vikings head into their third preseason game against the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday and there is plenty to watch as they head toward the regular season.

The Minnesota Vikings continue to make their way through the 2019 preseason schedule and through two weeks, they’ve had some great developments. For starters, no one has gotten hurt through the first two games and outside of a lingering arm injury for right tackle Brian O’Neill, there isn’t major injury drama.

Another plus? The Vikings have come out victorious in both contests. This doesn’t count in the grand scheme of things, but after the way Minnesota ended its 2018 season, fans will latch on to any positive they can get right now.

With the preseason at the halfway point, the Vikings will play their second exhibition game at U.S. Bank Stadium on Saturday afternoon when they face the Arizona Cardinals.

The Cardinals come into the game with an irrelevant 1-1 record, but they have some intriguing faces on their sideline such as unproven head coach Kliff Kingsbury and the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, Kyler Murray.

As most experts will call this a “dress rehearsal” for the regular season, the reality about this game is that both teams will look to get everyone out unscathed. That being said, there are plenty of things to watch as the Vikings head toward their second half of the preseason.
