5 recent NFL players who were both Vikings and Bills

Stephen Hauschka – K
Wouldn’t it be nice for Minnesota to currently have a reliable kicker like Stephen Hauschka? Well, they did but in typical Vikings fashion, they let him go and stuck with the incumbent.
At the time it was Ryan Longwell and that was the right move. But boy, oh boy would it be nice to have Hauschka back on the roster right now.
Minnesota’s kicking game is currently in flux as the 2019 season approaches. Dan Bailey had a terrible training camp and the Vikings traded a fifth-round pick to the Baltimore Ravens for kicker/punter Karre Vedvik.
Vedvik got a chance to kick in Minnesota’s preseason game against the Cardinals last week and he missed both of his field goals tries, dashing the hopes of the purple faithful who were already hailing him as the team’s kicking savior.
Hauschka spent some time with the Ravens, Atlanta Falcons, and Denver Broncos before becoming the longtime kicker for the Seattle Seahawks.
Since 2017, he’s been a member of the Bills. Last year, he wasn’t all that great as he hit just 78 percent of his field goal attempts (still better than Bailey).
Hauschka has made 86.4 percent of his field goal tries during his NFL career and that kind of consistency is something the Vikings haven’t had in a while and are desperately looking for right now.
