The 2019 College Football season now is underway. Which games should Minnesota Vikings fans keep an eye on during Week 1?

Every weekend, the NCAA provides football fans with exciting matchups and NFL Draft previews. For the entire 2019 season, we will be selecting a handful of college matchups with NFL Draft implications that Minnesota Vikings fans should be interested in.
