Who stood out the most on offense and defense from the Minnesota Vikings game in Week 2 against the Green Bay Packers? Here are the MVPs from the contest!

At least two times per season the Minnesota Vikings take on the Green Bay Packers and these NFC North battles have become must-watch television for fans of both squads, especially since the two states representing the teams share a long, common border.

Once again, this was a contest that came down the wire. Although it appeared as though it would be a lopsided affair with the Packers taking an early 21-point lead, Minnesota made some great adjustments and closed the gap to 16-21.

Sadly, the game ended up being a loss for the Vikings and the team moved to 1-1 on the season. Not only that but now they have moved into a tie for last place in the division and will need to get out of that hole by winning some tough games.

However, there were some great performances on both offense and defense during the loss that deserve to be recognized. Let’s take a look at some of those key individuals and those who did enough be named the MVPs.
