Following their loss last week, the Minnesota Vikings will be looking to rebound when they take on the Oakland Raiders in a Week 3 showdown on Sunday.

Two weeks into the 2019 NFL season and it’s safe to say that we still don’t know exactly what to expect from the Minnesota Vikings this year.

In Week 1, the Vikings dominated in every phase of the game and had zero trouble getting a win over the Atlanta Falcons inside U.S. Bank Stadium. Then came Minnesota’s trip to Green Bay in Week 2 and that resulted in the Vikings’ first loss of the season.

Other than Dalvin Cook lighting the field on fire, there weren’t too many similarities from Minnesota’s performances in their first two games.

This week, the Vikings get to return home to face a 1-1 Oakland Raiders team that is also coming off their first loss of the year. Just like Minnesota, the Raiders began their season with a nice win and then came out with a totally different performance in Week 2.

Both teams will be looking to rebound from their losses last week, but there are many reasons to believe that it will be the Vikings who will be leaving the field on Sunday with a win.
