What kind of good and bad things happened for the Minnesota Vikings during their Week 5 matchup against the New York Giants in New Jersey.

The Minnesota Vikings need to put Week 4 in the rearview mirror and look ahead. Their game against the Bears was an embarrassing loss, but the team had a chance to get their offense back together and get out of the basement of the NFC North.

A 2-2 record is respectable, but Minnesota could have a better record if they could put together a complete game. Their Week 5 matchup against the New York Giants would be a big measuring stick in getting back on track.

Thankfully, the Vikings took this opportunity and made big on it, showcasing a game with a balanced offense and strong defense on the way to a big 28-10 victory which helps their standing in the division after a Bears loss to the Raiders.

Let’s take a look at the game between the Minnesota Vikings and the New York Giants and discuss the good and bad things that happened as well as the best and worst thing at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday, Oct. 6.
