Vikings defense will get at least five sacks

The Vikings come into Sunday’s game ranked ninth in the NFL in sacks and Sunday’s game has the opportunity for much more.

While Danielle Hunter has benefitted from a rejuvenated Everson Griffen, the entire team has been able to get pressure on opposing quarterbacks and should be able to take advantage of an average Eagles offensive line.

Coming into Sunday’s game, the Eagles have three starting lineman that have allowed 10 or more pressures to start the season. While Issac Seumalo, Lane Johnson and Jason Kelce haven’t struggled this season, they can be beat and even as they haven’t received the full elite stature that Linval Joseph used to be, they still have enough to get pressure on Carson Wentz.

If the Vikings can execute up front, they should be able to get enough pressure on Wentz to make the NDSU product’s homecoming (albeit nearly four hours from Fargo) a rotten one.
