The Minnesota Vikings have a quick turn around after their win in Week 7. Who are five Vikings to watch in Thursday’s game against the Washington Redskins?

The Minnesota Vikings are coming off their first divisional win of the year and are in the midst of a three-game winning streak. The offense continues to be hot and Kirk Cousins and the passing game are dialed in and moving the ball with relative ease down the field.

Dalvin Cook is arguably the most dynamic back in the league, and the offensive line is opening nice big lanes for him to cruise through. Speaking of the offensive line, they had their best game of the season in Detroit. Kirk Cousins had all day to scan the field and he was rarely even pressured.

Defensively, the Vikings did give up some big plays against the Lions and will need to make some adjustments in the secondary. The front seven is playing at a high level with the linebackers covering lots of ground and wrapping up well, and the big men creating pressure and disruption upfront.

So, basically, the team is trending upwards and has the Washington Redskins coming to town. In all honesty, the Redskins are not a good football team and the Vikings should be able to have their way with them.

That being said, they can’t overlook this team the way they did the Buffalo Bills a season ago. They can’t go out there and half-ass their way to a win. They need to stay aggressive and put this team away early. Here are five Vikings to watch in what should be an easy victory for the Vikings.
