When the Minnesota Vikings come back home for a Thursday Night showdown with the Washington Redskins, which players should you be starting on your fantasy team?

During the last three weeks, the Minnesota Vikings have been on fire and clicking on every level. Over this span, they’ve scored 108 points. Compare this to the four weeks prior when they scored just 84 points.

So there’s been a clear improvement in the Vikings’ playcalling and gameplan which is at least good to see from a fantasy football standpoint.

Minnesota offensive coordinator Kevin Stefanski is taking more shots downfield and getting Kirk Cousins outside of the pocket. If you can get Cousins space and time, he’s going to find an open man or put the ball in play where only his receiver can get the ball.

Also, Stefanski and this offense have done a great job setting up the run with the passing game, rather than the other way around which hasn’t worked in the past.

This Thursday will be the first time the Washington Redskins will go up against their former quarterback in Cousins. It’s also the first time Redskins signal-caller Case Keenum will be inside U.S. Bank Stadium since the Minnesota Miracle. And the Vikings’ all-time leading rusher, Adrian Peterson, is also back in town to take on his former team.

So there’s a lot of revenge scenarios to watch for on Thursday night. Let’s take a look to see who you should start or sit this week from this matchup.
