When the Minnesota Vikings take on the high-powered Kansas City Chiefs Sunday, which players should you be starting on your fantasy team?

The Minnesota Vikings are coming off of a long week after playing the Washington Redskins on Thursday night. They get a little extra time to rested and get guys back to full health which will be key against a juggernaut team like the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Vikings are coming off of a simple but lackluster win on Thursday night. They were able to match up against the Redskins fairly easily and beat them with old school football. That won’t be the case against the Chiefs. Kevin Stefanski and Mike Zimmer are going to have to dial it up both on offense and defense.

The Chiefs have many weapons on their offense. They get a lot of guys involved and their playmakers make things happen. The Vikings are going to have to keep that offense in check if they want to have a chance at beating one of the better teams in the league.

The Chiefs may have to roll out the backup and long-time journeyman Matt Moore again this week. With Patrick Mahomes still dealing with a knee injury, he may end up sitting out again. Adam Thielen should be able to be suited up for the Vikings after dealing with a hamstring injury. That’ll be huge getting him back for Cousins and this offense.
