Vikings to start in Week 9:

Kirk Cousins – QB

Kirk Cousins just won the NFC Offensive Player of the Month, so why would you think about sitting him this week? Cousins has burned fantasy owners plenty of times before. Three out of his last four games he put up 20 or more points. Remove those three big games and he failed to reach even 15 points. He could be able to shred this Chiefs secondary, but there are better options out there and possibly on your fantasy team.

Chiefs to sit in Week 9:

Patrick Mahomes/Matt Moore – QB

Whether or not Patrick Mahomes plays or Matt Moore plays, you shouldn’t be starting either of them against this Vikings defense. If Mahomes is in, you aren’t going to want to trust that knee and his ability to come back this soon from such an injury. If it’s Moore, you’re not going to want to trust a veteran journeyman. Either way, find a different avenue.

LeSean McCoy – RB

Sitting LeSean McCoy should be an easy decision for many of you. He’s failed to reach 10 fantasy points in the last four games he’s played. He gets to take on a top-10 defense in the league against the run. He really has no shot at producing points for your fantasy team this week. The likelihood he gets in the endzone once to save his week for you is slim as well.
