During some of the top college football games this weekend, which draft prospects should the Minnesota Vikings be keeping an eye on?

Week 12 of the college football season is here and even with a handful of Power 5 teams taking the week off to prepare for the final stretch, there are still plenty of incredible games on the slate.

The Minnesota Vikings are coming off a big primetime win in Dallas against the Cowboys, so things are going well for Vikings fans. Before Minnesota plays the Denver Broncos on Sunday, take some time to watch college football and see the stars of the future.

As the Vikings can tell you, top-notch NFL talent can come from anywhere in the draft. Not all stars are found in the first round.

Minnesota, just like every other team in the league, is looking at the future while focusing on the present. The front office and scouting department work year-round to build the team. The cap situation and aging veterans will eventually cause a roster shakeup and 2020 might be the starting point.

Luckily for the Vikings, the 2020 Draft is full of talent at the skill positions. Each week, I will be adding new prospects to watch. Make sure to stay tuned and watch some potential Minnesota players throughout the college season. So let’s get to the four draft prospects to watch in Week 12 of the current college football season.
