Which players from the Minnesota Vikings offense and defense did enough to be recognized for the play against the Broncos and be the MVP from Week 11?

This was a rollercoaster of a game for Minnesota Vikings fans. When they saw that the purple and gold were hosting a three-win team after getting a big win against Dallas in primetime, followers of the team were licking their lips. Boy, they were in for a surprise.

Week 11’s matchup saw the Broncos come out and absolutely dominate the Vikings for the first two quarters of play. Minnesota couldn’t move the ball and the defense struggled to stop the passing attack. The result was a 0-20 score at halftime in favor of Denver.

It’s a good thing a football game in four quarters long. Minnesota’s adjustments at halftime made a world of difference. The team powered back, scoring touchdowns on all four of their offensive drives and the defense got stout. Thanks to a big final stand defensively, the Vikings were able to emerge victorious by a final score of 27-23.

There were a lot of positive performances from the Minnesota Vikings in this game, especially after halftime. Let’s take a look at the players who stood out the most on offense and defense as well the MVPs from both units.
