The Minnesota Vikings are coming off a break and are hopefully well-rested and healthier as they begin the final five-game stretch of the season. What are three things the team needs to improve as they get ready for the first game after the bye?

The Minnesota Vikings are 8-3 as they head into the final five games of the 2019 season. They are coming off a bye week and had many players who needed the time off to recover from various bumps and bruises. The Vikings’ last game was a come from behind win at home against the Denver Broncos, which had them feeling good heading into the break.

The Broncos are a team that is going nowhere this season, but they brought their “A” game and pushed the Vikings to their limit. Luckily for the Purple, their quarterback was up to the task and willed his team back into the game, and eventually to the win. That was a huge game for the Vikings and one that showed this team has no quit in them and will fight until the final whistle

As exciting as a win that was for the Minnesota Vikings, they clearly have a lot of areas they can improve upon. They struggled to get their run game going, they allowed a very inexperienced quarterback to have time in the pocket and make clutch throws, and they had issues protecting Kirk Cousins. Those are just a few of the issues the team could stand to improve upon.

So what are three of the biggest issues the Vikings need to fix before they take on the Seahawks on Monday night?
