The Minnesota Vikings return to the scene of one of their worst games of the 2018 season on Monday. Can they flip the script this time around?

If there was a game that summarized the 2018 season for the Minnesota Vikings, it would be their Week 14 matchup with the Seattle Seahawks. The Vikings entered the matchup with major problems on the offensive side of the ball and heading into one of the loudest stadiums in the NFL didn’t do much to help them out.

As a result, John DiFilippo’s offense was dealt its final hand against the Seahawks as Minnesota fell in a 21-7 game that was much closer than the final score indicated. As always, matchups like this one give Vikings fans bad memories upon their return trip. But the truth is that both Minnesota and Seattle are much improved this time around.

Armed with a 6-1 record in their past seven games, the Vikings have looked like a team that has much more confidence than they had a year ago. That could have a lot to do with a 20-point comeback in their last game, but with an offense that actually works and a defense that has done its job, they have everything they need to defeat the Seahawks.

The Vikings will have several questions heading into this game thanks to their lengthy injury report, but they also have plenty of positives that could lead to a win in the Emerald City. So what will actually happen when the Seahawks and Vikings meet up on Monday night?
