Minnesota Vikings Best and Worst: Week 13 vs. Seattle Seahawks
By Adam Carlson
The best thing – The sWatts team is on it!
This was a rollercoaster of a game. There were plenty of highs and quite a few lows over the course of the four quarters of Monday Night Football, but none were more exciting than a second-quarter play that is unlike anything seen before.
During the play, Russell Wilson dropped back to pass and threw toward his receiver. Rookie defensive lineman Armon Watts got his hand up and deflected the pass back at Wilson, who strangely batted it up in the air where it was corralled by Anthony Harris.
Harris took the ball and squeezed between two Seattle players before finding a clear path to the end zone. Even more fun is how the defensive back did a little high-stepping on his way for the touchdown.
The official Twitter account of the NFL shared a video of this play, calling it “One of the craziest Pick-6s you’ll ever see.” and they’re absolutely right. Had Minnesota won this game, it would have been one of the most talked-about happenings from Week 13 of the 2019 NFL season.
