What are three silver linings the Minnesota Vikings can take away from their disappointing loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Monday?

On Monday night, the Minnesota Vikings played a hard-fought game in one of the toughest places to get a win in the entire NFL.

The Vikings went neck-and-neck with the Seattle Seahawks and despite a disastrous third quarter, Minnesota was able to fight their way back into the contest and they even had a chance to take the lead late in the matchup.

Unfortunately, the Vikings’ efforts came up short in the end. But Minnesota has to feel good about the way they played in Seattle and how they hung in there against one of the best teams in the NFC on their home turf.

Yes, the Vikings did have some issues in the game, namely, their run defense wasn’t up to snuff and their pass coverage continued to be an issue. But they still almost got the win despite all of this.

Obviously the Vikings aren’t ones for moral victories, but there are plenty of things they can build off of and learn from their performance on Monday. So what are three silver linings from Minnesota’s Week 13 loss to the Seahawks?
