The Minnesota Vikings take on the Detroit Lions this Sunday. Who are five Vikings to watch as the team looks to get back into the win column?

The Minnesota Vikings are coming off a hard-fought loss to a very good opponent in the Seattle Seahawks. That game featured two likely playoff teams battling for position. The same can’t be said about this week’s game.

The already eliminated Detroit Lions come to town with absolutely nothing to play for. They are down to their third-string quarterback and at this point are better off trying to lose out to improve their position in the 2020 Draft.

Still, this is a division game and the Lions could covet the role of spoiler and despite having nothing to gain from winning, there could be some satisfaction in being part of the reason a division rival misses the playoffs. The Lions will compete in this game, and the Vikings by no means can overlook them.

As the Vikings approach the 14th game of the 2019 season, there are plenty of questions surrounding some players on this team. Here is a list of some of those in this week’s five Vikings players to watch.
