Diggs and Thielen love playing the Packers

Week 17 of the 2015 season is the last time either Stefon Diggs or Adam Thielen finished a matchup against the Packers without a trip to the end zone. During the Vikings’ last seven games against Green Bay, Diggs and Thielen have combined to haul in an impressive 11 touchdowns.

Even when Diggs was held to just one catch during Minnesota’s Week 2 matchup against the Packers, he still managed to turn that reception into six points.

Since Monday night will still be Thielen’s second full game since returning from his hamstring injury, a monster performance isn’t something that should be expected from the veteran receiver. An impressive game from him also wouldn’t be a shock though either.

As for Diggs, he’s currently in the middle of a great season and he seems to turn his play up a notch when the Vikings play at home. During Minnesota’s last four matchups inside U.S. Bank Stadium, the veteran pass-catcher has caught four touchdowns and averaged 131 receiving yards.

With a recent history of not being able to contain the Vikings’ dynamic receiving duo, there isn’t any reason to think that things will be any different for Green Bay on Monday night until proven otherwise.
