Which players did the most offensively and defensively for the Minnesota Vikings in Week 16 against the Green Bay Packers on Monday Night Football?
A lot of hype was built for Monday Night Football when the Minnesota Vikings hosted the Green Bay Packers at U.S. Bank Stadium where the fate of the NFC North was hanging in the balance and playoff seeding was to be sorted out.
Sadly, this game was a tough one to watch. While the defense showed up and worked well against a tough offense led by Aaron Rodgers, Aaron Jones, and Davante Adams, the offense was an embarrassment in front of a crowd of purple and gold fans.
The Vikings lost 10-23, handing the NFC North title to the Packers and locking Minnesota into the number 6 seed in the NFC playoffs and making the outcome of their next game against the Bears meaningless in the scope of the postseason.
However, before looking too far ahead at Week 17 or the Wild Card round of the playoffs, let’s tale a look at some of the best performances from Monday Night Football and who the MVPs from the game were!
