Which members of the Oklahoma Sooners do you want the Minnesota Vikings to select during the 2020 NFL Draft?

Before the College Football Playoff begins, I wanted to take the time to mention the 2020 draft prospects from each team who would help the Minnesota Vikings moving forward.

These four programs have an abundance of talent and the Vikings should take advantage. With Ohio State and Clemson in the rearview, it is time to look at the matchup between the LSU Tigers and Oklahoma Sooners in the first round of the playoff on December 28th. This installment of the series will focus on the Sooners.

Oklahoma has stayed relevant in college football ever since the playoff was incorporated into the postseason schedule.

Sooners head coach Lincoln Riley has found success with three different quarterbacks in the last three seasons. Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray both took home the Heisman Trophy in their final year as the starting signal-caller for Oklahoma. Jalen Hurts replaced Murray in 2019 and finished second in this season’s Heisman voting.

With a high-powered offense at their disposal, the Sooners will be hoping to upset the top team in the nation.

One thing to note is that Oklahoma is the only team in the playoff with a loss. They finished the season with a 12-1 record and a Big 12 championship. Their only loss came at Kansas State back in October.

Can they make up for the loss with a National Championship? Let’s take a look at the Sooners who could find themselves in purple next season.
